1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged during delivery.
• The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is received with broken or tampered packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

• Opened or used medical products.
• Sterile products with broken seals or opened packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling.
• Clearance, promotional, or special-order items (unless defective).

3. Return Conditions

To process a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with its original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
• Include proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Mac Scientific will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, we may:

• Issue a full refund.
• Replace the product with the same item.
• Provide store credit, where applicable.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), Mac Scientific will bear the applicable return shipping costs.
• If the return is requested for reasons other than our error and is accepted at our discretion, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
